Dr.Venkatesh earned his MBBS from Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He completed his DMRD from JIPMER, Pondicherry, in 2004 and obtained a DNB degree from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Cochin, in 2007. He received his FRCR (Fellowship of Royal College of Radiologists) in 2016 and did a short fellowship in pain management from Daradia pain clinic, West Bengal, in 2016. He has also completed his Master in Oncologic Imaging from the University of Pisa, Italy (Supported by the European Society of Oncologic imaging).

Dr. Venkatesh Kasi has been part of the Department of Radiology since September 2007. He is currently in charge of the Vein clinic and also leading the division of Hepatobiliary Imaging. The Vein clinic deals explicitly with the patients who are having varicose veins. He has vast experience treating varicose veins using pinhole treatment such as Radiofrequency ablation, Microwave ablation, Venaseal, and foam sclerotherapy.

Dr. Venkatesh Kasi has many national and international publications in abdominal imaging.
